The LeBlond Rec Plex is conveniently located a few minutes from downtown Cincinnati. LeBlond Center is headquarters for the Division of Therapeutic Recreation. This center has a fully accessible playground, NEOS electronic playground component, outdoor accessible workout equipment, raised bed community sensory garden, and a multiple sports court.

It is our constant goal to provide the best quality recreation services available.
