Kids from recreation centers all over Cincinnati participated in this year's Olympics Day. Each participating recreation center created a special flag to represent their center for the March of Nations. Events included a 60 yard dash, soccer games, a relay pentathalon, and more! Good sportsmanship and teamwork was emphasized and a lot of fun was had by all!

Youth from all Cincinnati's Recreation Centers were invited to participate in the Digital Quilt Project. Youth took pictures of their neighborhoods with digital cameras. When the photos are displayed together, it will create a large picture of Cincinnati--a digital quilt of this great city.
A sharing session at LeBlond Recreation Center brought kids together from all recreation centers to choose their favorite images of each neighborhood. Participants were invited to speak about their neighborhood and the photos they took. Everyone learned from this sharing session and had fun picking out their favorite photos!
